Is the crystal photo black and white or colored?

Crystal photos are engraved by countless laser points inside the crstal, so they are black and white. Normally paired with a light base to make the crystal colorful.

Should l choose to remove the background or keep it?

If your background is nice or meaningful you can choose to keep the background. We will make the background a 2D displav

How do l know if my image is high-quality?

Higher pixels clearer photos give better results. We will contact you if there is a problem with the photo.

Where will my words be carved?

Text is engraved at the bottom of the crystal by default. lf you have special requirements please leave a message with us.

Whether the background should be retained?

Keeping the background makes the crystal look fuller, but if the background is messy or pointless, you can remove it. The background is carved in 2D to look more layered.

What's the turn around time for delivery?

Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, you will be able to see estimated delivery dates.

Does the crystal photo come with the light base?

Yes it does and very nice! It was a gift for my mom so I can’t include a picture, but she did let me know it came with a light bottom.

Do you receive proof before the 3d crystal photo is made? i would like to see the placement of the picture and words before it is completed.

Yes, we usually send a finished photo to the customer for confirmation after the Crystal Photo is customized.

Can I add text on crystal photos?

Sure, We can add up to 50 characters of text.

Does this come with an LED light, or do you have to get a base to light it?

Once you have chosen your crystal size and uploaded your photos, you can purchase the lamp base separately.

Do you place the picture so that the subject takes up the entire cube? Do I have to crop it accordingly?

You need to provide your photo then we will crop it to a good size.

How or where do I send you my photo?

Select the Customize button and follow the instructions to continue.

Can an old photo (not high resolution) be used?

Yes but won’t be as sharp.

How can I purchase the light base separately?

You can find and select your preferred light base in the 'Gift Accessories' section of our store's parts list.

How can I get in contact with someone if I have a question before I place my order?

You can contact our customer service staff, they will reply you as soon as they see your message.

Is the background of the picture removed so only the people are etched into the crystal?

There is no background in the finished product, only the person or main character from the photo.

If the photo I used will not work well, will they let me know before it gets made?

Yes they should mine came out very good should have no problem
