Shipping policy

Since our Crystal Photo, Real Life Figures products are custom made, it will take some time from the time you place your order for us to personalize and create your order. 

Shipping Times Within the US: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks. UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 5 weeks. Shipping Cost We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $200+. Important to Note: • Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change

• We offer “No Queue Artwork Creation”. This shipping option speeds up the creation of your artwork as we move your order photos to the front of our artist team's queue. It does not speed up express shipping times. -We are unable to accept requests to exchange or edit photos previously submitted with an order. -We cannot ship to military addresses. If you provide a military address at checkout, we will send you an email requesting an alternate shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address is not equal to the shipping cost initially charged to you at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and process your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
